On 15th September 2021, Wemabod Limited signed a development agreement with Median Infrastructure development company for the Development of Super Mall, along the bustling Akerele Road, Surulere.
It was noted by Wemabod Limited Managing director Mr. Yemi Ejidiran in presence of Chairman Arc. Dunni Opayemi and the Board of directors, Super Mall will fill the absent gap of a retail mall, serving this specific and significant Lagos axis.
WEMABOD intends to redevelop the property into a modern edifice that will cater to the commercial retail and entertainment/ recreational needs of its captive environment and the entire Surulere at large.
The development is designed to be a landmark edifice in the Surulere area with the following facilities:
Lettable shopping areas of various sizes.
Pharmacy stores, grocery stores and fashion boutiques.
Eateries/ Restaurants, sports club, gymnasium
Cinema halls.
With ample parking spaces to cater to the patrons of the edifice.
The development is expected to commence before the end of the year and should be completed by the end of 2023.
Following this, Ground-breaking Ceremony took place at the construction site of Wemabod Ikoyi Crescent Project: ‘The Address Homes Wemabod Estate’ composing of 18 Luxury units with world-class amenities. Special guest of honour Mr.Adewale Raji GMD/CEO Investment Company Limited was also present at Groundbreaking Ceremony in Ikoyi
The project is expected to be fully completed by December 2022
